Hellenic Community Aged Care will continue to allow visiting for as long as is possible in the current circumstances.

From Monday 6th of July, our visiting hours are now 10 am to 4 pm every day.

We are still keeping the restriction of two visitors per resident.

Please ensure you provide proof of your flu vaccination as required by the Australian Government.

With social distancing in mind, we will require all visits to occur either in resident's rooms or the main courtyard.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Visiting hours are:

  • 10:00am - 4:00pm

Entry is through Reception only where you will have your temperature checked, if it is above 37.5 you may be refused entry.

Residents are able to leave to attend small family gatherings, but we are required to complete a risk assessment prior to the outing and a screening process post outing.

In the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 either in the facility or the local area, increased restrictions including supervised visits and suspension of external excursions may be reintroduced.

During this time, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any concerns with your loved ones by phone calls. Alternatively, if you have any concerns, you can call the Area managers
