Centre for Hellenic Studies WA

Committed to the Promotion of the Greek Language and Culture in Western Australia
The Centre for Hellenic Studies WA is dedicated to preserving, teaching and celebrating the Greek language and culture across Western Australia.
As an initiative of the Hellenic Community of Western Australia, the Centre plays a vital role in ensuring that Greek language, history and traditions continue to thrive across generations. Through education, cultural connection and community engagement, we aim to keep our Hellenic heritage alive, relevant and accessible in today’s multicultural society.
Our Mission
Regardless of where you are in your journey of learning Greek, we will find a spot to accommodate you. We offer a supportive, student-centred environment held at St. Andrews Grammar, Dianella and the Hellenic Community Centre in Northbridge, serving the learning needs of our prospective students and the expectations of our parents.
We are committed to:
- Strengthening cultural identity and connection to Greek heritage
- Encouraging lifelong learning of the Greek language
- Supporting the wider community through culturally rich education
- Creating welcoming spaces where language, history and tradition come together
At the heart of everything we do is community — bringing people together through language, learning and shared heritage.
